01 About this Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Cloud Architect (the “App”) handles information when you play the game. The App is published by BOLMAR BIS SPÓŁKA JAWNA GRZEGORZ RUTYNA BRONISŁAWA RUTYNA (“we”, “us”, or “the Developer”).

The App is a puzzle game designed to be played offline. It does not require an account, and it does not include advertisements or in-app purchases.

02 Information We Collect

Cloud Architect does not collect, store, or transmit personal information from within the App. We do not operate in-app accounts, analytics, advertising, or tracking features, and the App does not send gameplay information to our servers.

Game progress and interactions are not sent by the App to the Developer. The App is intended to be playable offline; an internet connection is not required for its core gameplay.

03 Third-Party Services and Sharing

The App does not contain third-party software development kits (SDKs), analytics tools, advertising networks, or in-app tracking technologies. We do not sell, rent, or share personal information collected through the App because the App does not collect such information.

Distribution platforms, including Google Play, may process information when you visit their services, download the App, or manage your device. Such processing is carried out by the relevant platform and is governed by its own privacy documentation, not by this App’s in-game functionality.

04 Children and Age Requirements

Cloud Architect is intended for users aged 13 and older. The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children or any other users. It does not provide account registration, social features, targeted advertising, or a mechanism for users to submit personal information from inside the game.

If you are a parent or guardian and have a concern about privacy in connection with the App, please contact us using the details below. As the App does not collect personal information through gameplay, we generally have no in-game personal data to retrieve or delete.

05 Emails and Contacting Us

If you choose to contact us by email, we will receive the email address and any information you choose to include in your message. We use that information only as reasonably necessary to read and respond to your inquiry and to handle any related follow-up. Please do not send sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for your request.

Email correspondence is separate from data collected by the App. Where the GDPR applies, we generally handle contact emails on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries and managing related follow-up. Providing personal information in an email is voluntary, but we may be unable to respond if you do not provide a reply address or enough information to understand your request.

Where applicable, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, request restriction of processing, or object to processing. You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).

06 Data Security and Retention

Because the App does not collect or transmit personal information, the Developer does not maintain a database of personal information generated by gameplay. If you contact us by email, we retain the correspondence only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to and manage the inquiry, or as required by applicable law.

07 Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy if the App’s functionality or applicable requirements change. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date below and publish the updated version at the location where this policy is made available. Please review this page occasionally.
